We received word on Wednesay from USCIS. They would like further evidence about a piece of documentation. Because of the complex nature of documents in Haiti and the area from which this document originated, our agency will be having a judge legalize the document. Hopefully this will only add on a week or two.
The good news is: THIS WAS ALL THEY ASKED FOR! That makes my <3<3<3 happy. My prayer is that once they receive that document, they will approve our petition and will forward our dossier to the Consular Section for a VISA appointment. I know I"ve said it 100x, but 1 week after the VISA appointment we can pick our boys up.
The time is short now people, it really is! Please pray that our document is legalized by the judge quickly and there are no further requests from USCIS. Please pray that God prepares our boys' hearts. We are ready for them!
