Jeff and Kerme Bibb!

May I introduce two very special boys to you. They are my sons. Jeff and Kerme Bibb!

Today we received word that they are legally adopted in Haiti. This is huge, but the rest of the process is also very important for our boys to be able to immigrate to the U.S.

Here's what's left:

Legalizations after Parquet: 4 weeks (our adoption decree must be legalized
                                                by Ministry of Justice, Ministry of Foreign
                                                Affairs, then an attestation obtained of the
                                                decree from the National Archives)

MOI: 4 weeks (Ministry of Interior will grant authorization to submit
          the dossier to Haitian immigrations for a Passport) 
          
Passports: 1 week

USCIS: 4 weeks (they complete the orphan investigation)

Visa: 3 weeks

Exit letter: 1 week

**That puts homecoming around October 21st if every step goes well. I'm praying for better. Jeff's birthday is October 13th; I'd love for him to be home for it. And if they get home towards the beginning of October, we could even have a birthday party....so please pray with me that we move miraculously quickly through each of the above steps.

We are so excited to be almost to the end of this process. God has truly been with us throughout it and we appreciate so much the prayers and support from family and friends. Don't stop praying now! Almost to the finish line. :)
